Submission of exhibition plan (In person, by fax, on e-mail)
Meeting for exhibition planning)
Submission of application for exhibition hall lease
Mailing of official letter to intiate the lease contract
Down payment (20% of rent)
Second payment of lease deposit (30% of rent) 6months before commencing date of lease contract
Final payment and deposit of management fee

final payment : 50% of rent deposit of management fee: 20% of standard rent
